Dear Beloved HEART LIGHTS
We begin AGAIN NOW
The 2018 Energies will be asking much from US - Both personally and collectively
If you have been on the path - much has changed internally for many years
Now things will really be changing externally
With so many activation's and energies set into motion in December we will now get to
experience how the falling away will affect our everyday reality
One place that will really be a visceral experience for us all is the physical reset (read post) The body is going to be experiencing many activation's connecting us with familiar energies of Lemuria
The "Quarbon Solidium" which are the building block of Lemurian cells are now activated and Teretus (star from Orion's belt" will support in consolidating Lemurian epochs. To our everyday human I see this time can be quite confusing for people as the "normal health practices" will no longer support in the same way. Like everything up to this point - it is important to go inside and commune with your body and really create this KNEW Relationship (See the new You tube Channel I am doing with Melissa Olson, N.D. for this very reason!
I do feel dense protein will support immensely especially animal protein because they have already gone through the shift - stay tuned more suggestions to follow as we move along -

Remember - The Soul energy has taken over the body so if it does not support the ONE REMEMBERING it will not support. More and more we will experience everything Becoming ONE! As we do, there will be no place or space for thinking only Remembering which is diametrically opposite. You can not rise through thinking . . . it will be ONLY through Remembering.
